The form includes a declaration that the new owner has made a full inspection of the home and accepts the Guarantee’s terms and conditions.
All transfer requests are subject to our approval.
A transfer fee of $400 (including GST) applies, payable by the new homeowner.
The first time a Master Build Guarantee is transferred from a development company to a homeowner (the first occupant) isfree, if the transfer application is submitted within 90 days of settlement.
